Blair Corning has worked at the South Adams County Water and Sanitation District for over 13 years. As the Wastewater Environmental Affairs Supervisor, Blair oversees wastewater environmental issues including water quality, permit and regulatory compliance, laboratory operations and environmental health and safety. Blair has a Master of Science in Water Science from the University of Idaho and a Graduate Certificate in Water Quality from CU Denver. Blair is a Certified Water Professional in Colorado with a Class A license in Water and Wastewater Treatment and Level 4 Collections certification. Blair holds a Level III Analyst Certification through the RMWQAA and is registered as a Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) Blair’s environmental experience has included development of environmental programs, water and wastewater analysis, ecological assessment of aquatic habitats, and environmental remediation.
