Dennis Stowe is the manager of the Littleton/Englewood Wastewater Treatment Plant. This award-winning staff and facility provides full wastewater services for the southern Denver metro area, serving approximately 90,000 customers. Mr. Stowe is a chemical engineer by training, a registered professional engineer in Colorado, and has been involved in air and water quality work in the power, petrochemical and public utilities industries.
In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of the Barr Lake-Milton Reservoir Watershed Association, Mr. Stowe is on the Board of the National Association of Clean Water Agencies, is the current chair of the Colorado Wastewater Utility Council, and is past chair of the South Platte Coalition for Urban River Evaluation.
