Shelley Stanley holds a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture from California State University and Master of Science degree in Earth Resources from Colorado State University.  She has had hands-on field experience working as an invasive species technician, orchard and vineyard manager, entomology research assistant and rangeland ecologist.  She currently holds the position of Water Quality Coordinator for the City of Northglenn, protecting drinking water supplies.

Ms. Stanley is on the board of Woman Creek Reservoir Authority, is alternate director of the Rocky Flats Stewardship Council, and represents Northglenn on multiple water quality committees.
